The story behind the project

The project is a personal and professional development program for account managers in Wolt's restaurant team, supporting their transition from Associate to Specialist—a more complex role—by equipping them with the necessary skills for success.

From concept to creation

One of our goals was to create an exclusive development program that would generate buzz. Additionally, we wanted the program to feel intimate and

participant-focused.

The sessions

Our goal was to create a project consisting of multiple sessions, where employees would receive both professional tools and soft skills to support their transition into the Specialist role. The sessions will be led by team managers to foster managerial involvement and strengthen team engagement.

Understanding Restaurant Types

An overview of the different types of partner restaurants, their unique needs, communication approaches for each, and the organization's expectations for account managers in managing these relationships.

Transformation from Service Provider to Business Partner

Developing active listening, problem-solving skills, long-term business vision, and strong restaurant relationships, while identifying business opportunities and fostering growth.

Data and Analytics

Familiarization with the data analysis system and enhancing proficiency in data interpretation. Focus areas include key metrics, drawing insights, and taking data-driven actions.

Time Management & Work Planning & Presentation Building

Time Management

Effective time management techniques, weekly task organization and prioritization, and balancing administrative work with restaurant meetings.

Business Plan Development

Planning a business meeting with a restaurant, determining key information for the presentation, and effectively presenting data to restaurant managers.

Presentation Skills

Public speaking, design fundamentals, data visualization in presentations, and creating an effective presentation.

Sales Strategy

A session focused on the world of sales, exploring Wolt's available campaigns, when to offer each product, handling objections, and tailoring products to the restaurant's needs.

Presentation of Personal Projects

Each participant will present the personal project they developed throughout the program.
 

Feedback

A feedback round where participants provide input on the project.


Certificate Distribution

 Awarding of completion certificates.

 The personal Assignment

Each participant will prepare a business presentation for a restaurant based on a pre-assigned case study. They will analyze data from the system, draw conclusions, and present business recommendations for the restaurant.
