The story behind the project

The project focuses on refining the writing and service skills of customer representatives in chat communication. Learners complete the session after their first month on the job to further improve their writing quality.

From concept to creation

The learning solution will be delivered as an interactive e-learning module based on the concept of "Don't Lose the Million." The learner will need to choose the most accurate response between two options, gradually constructing the perfect conversation between a representative and a customer.
